Host OCS 2007 with WeCanAssist and have the ability to view free/busy (presence) of your colleagues while inside Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Web App and then have the ability to communicate with them via secure instant messaging (IM). Your colleagues' presence are indicated via green (available), orange (busy) and red (unavailable) indicators.
Electronic fax via email
WeCanAssist offers you inbound faxes that you receive directly to your PC. We will assign you a direct fax number that will be associated with your your Exchange 2010 hosted email account.
